St. Ann’s Terrace is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for affordable housing rental apartments available at 601 East 156th Street, 756, 780, 800, and 820 St. Ann’s Avenue in the Melrose section of The Bronx. These buildings were constructed through the Low-Income Affordable Marketplace Program (LAMP) and the New Housing Opportunities Program (NEW HOP) of the New York City Housing Development Corporation and the Low-Income Rental Program (LIRP) of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development.

In order to proceed with the application process, you MUST meet the income eligibility requirements outlined below.
